How to integrate Website

Step 1: Select Settings => click Inbox => Add channel connection

Step 2: Select Website => enter the information => click Create inbox

Step 3: Select the support agents for the fanpage => click Add agents

\

Step 4: A successful connection notification will appear and you can go to the conversation
