2. Choose a product to start with

   After logging in, select Content Hub or Omnichannel from the dashboard. You can switch between products at any time.

3. Connect your first channel (Omnichannel) or generate your first asset (Content Hub)

   • Omnichannel: Connect your first inbox — Facebook, Zalo OA, or your website live chat. Your free plan supports 1 integrated inbox.
   • Content Hub: Pick a content type (blog post, social caption, product description) and enter a topic or idea. The AI generates a full draft in seconds.
4. Train your AI (optional but recommended)
