1. Create a LINE Official Account
Step 1: Select Create a LINE Official Account
Step 2: Enter the information → Select Continue
Step 3: Review the information → Select Submit
Step 4: When Application Complete is displayed → select Go to LINE Official Account Manager
2. Activate Messaging API
Step 1: The main screen will show Welcome => select Next => then select Home Screen to go to the home page.
Step 2: Select Settings → Select Messaging API
Step 3: Click Enable Messaging API
Step 3: Enter Account Name → Select Agree
Step 4: Enter the required information → Select OK
Step 1: Access LINE Developers Console
Step 2: On the Provider screen, select the connection channel
Step 3: On the connection channel screen, select Messaging API
Step 3: Scroll down and select Issue
4. Connect LINE to Jinmi
Step 1: Go to Jinmi Omnichannel → Select Settings → Inboxes
Step 2: Select Add Inbox
Step 3: Select LINE and enter the channel information
Go back to the LINE screen → Copy each item: Channel ID, Channel Secret, Token to enter the channel information (LINE Channel ID, LINE Channel Secret, LINE Channel Token)
Step 3: Select Create LINE Channel
Step 4: Add Agents → Select Add Agents
Step 5: Copy the Webhook URL from the Jinmi system
Step 6: Go back to LINE → Paste the Webhook URL → Select Save
Step 7: In Settings → Select Response settings → Enable Chat, Webhook
Step 8: LINE has now been successfully connected. Go back to Omnichannel → select More Settings
You have now completed connecting LINE to Omnichannel and can start using it. Agents can now chat with customers via LINE.
