How to integrate Fanpage

Step 1: Select Settings => click Inbox => Add channel connection

Step 2: Select Facebook and click Continue with facebook

Step 3: Log in to Facebook to connect

Step 4: Connect

Step 5: Select the page you want to connect => Click Create inbox

Step 6: Select the support agents for the fanpage => click Add agents

Step 7: After a successful connection, the screen will display a notification and a QR code to open the inbox on the fanpage
